Our default shipping provider/method for domestic shipments is FEDEX Ground as if offers our customers the best time to rate ratio. We do work with other shipping providers such as USPS, UPS and DHL and can expedite shipping if requested by customer. To make a request, call us directly M-F 8-5 PST and a service representative will assist you.

Handling Time

All domestic orders from our standard online catalog will be shipped within 1-3 business days from time order is placed. Add an additional 3-4 days for ground delivery. We do offer 2nd Day and Saturday deliver, please call to request these upgraded shipping services.

Handling Fees

Do you charge any form of handling fee for your products? Every company has operational costs and some companies will include a small fee for handling to help cover warehousing, boxes and tape costs. Make sure you offer full transparency and alert the customer what charges they’ll encounter.

Order Status/Tracking

We offer online order tracking, just log into your account and enter your order number to see its current location or status. If you are having issues with our tracking tool, please contact us directly via email or our online form and a service rep will assist you.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! We offer worldwide shipping through U.S. Postal Service and offer a full-array of shipping methods. Your item will ship within 1-3 business days, allow an additional 6-10 days for delivery. We also offer even faster delivery options through FEDEX. Our website is set up to handle most international shipments, but if you have a questions or would like to expedite your order, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14-day no excuse return policy. Simply return/ship the item back to us in its original packaging and condition and we’ll gladly refund your money. We want only happy customers which is why we make it easy. If this item is damaged upon delivery we can also send out and expedited replacement at no extra charge.
